Many thanks to everyone who came to Kay's home on Friday to share their thoughts and memories of her. Kay would have had a chuckle at the last minute change of venue which saw us carrying trays of sandwiches from the community club to her house just down the road. The change was because we had far more people coming than we originally thought. And fire regulations meant the room would have been too small. But in the event, it proved a blessing in disguise as the weather cheered up and we were able to use Kay's garden. Thanks to everyone who said a few words. I'm sure Kay would have enjoyed some of the memories - especially from her friends from Griegs Academy.
